Welcome to the first post. I’m leaving for Hong Kong in the morning, so I thought the first entry should be about the trip itself.
Here’s the breakdown:
- Evansville to Detroit
- 1 hour 25 minutes
- Detroit to Tokyo

- Tokyo to Hong Kong
- 4 hours 30 minutes
Including layovers and check-ins, that’s over 24 hours of travel; should be fun! Time to finish packing…

I hope you have an opportunity to sleep some on the plane!! I hope you also have an opportunity to watch a looooong movie!!
It was great to see you catch your jet in Evansville. When I left the airport, I took Sam home, went by the office to work in Mt. Vernon, and now I’m home in Murphysboro. Keep us posted with pictures.
